Which service platforms are supported?
We support more than 1,900 popular services worldwide, including:

What if the platform I need isn't listed?
If you can't find your target platform in the service list, choose the "Any Other" option.
This allows you to receive SMS from services that are not listed or custom services.
Are Chinese (+86) numbers supported?
Unfortunately, due to local regulations in mainland China, we do not offer mainland Chinese numbers.
However, you can still use virtual numbers from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
📲 How to Use the Service
How do I receive SMS with a virtual number?
The process is simple and takes just a few steps:
- After logging in, select the target service platform;
- Choose a country/region and click the green buy button;
- The system will assign you a virtual number;
- Verification SMS will automatically appear in your activation records.
How long can a number be used?
Each number is usually valid for 20 minutes, during which it can receive multiple SMS.
If no verification code arrives within 20 minutes, the system will automatically refund the amount you paid.
Why haven't I received an SMS?
Sometimes things don't go as expected. The following factors may prevent successful SMS reception:
- The third-party platform blocks virtual numbers;
- Numbers of the target country are restricted;
- You are using a VPN or a high-risk IP;
- Your current device or network behavior is flagged as abnormal;
- International SMS transmission delays, blocking, or other network issues.
We recommend switching networks (for example, turning off your VPN), changing devices, or trying a number from another country.
Please also follow the terms of use of the third-party platform to make sure the SMS can be delivered.
Can the same number be reused?
Every virtual number is disposable and can be used only once. Once used, it is released by the system and cannot be used again.

Which payment methods can I use to top up?
We support a variety of global and regional payment methods, including:

My balance didn't arrive after topping up. What should I do?
Balances usually arrive within 5–15 minutes. If it takes longer, please contact our support bot @SMSActivationBot and provide your payment screenshot and order details. We will verify and process it as soon as possible.
Does my balance expire?
Top-up balances are valid forever and can be used to buy numbers at any time, with no time limit.
Can I get a refund?
Virtual numbers are digital, one-time service products and are non-refundable after purchase.
If a system issue genuinely prevents you from using the service, you can submit a ticket or contact us by email. We will review it manually and process the refund (if approved) within 7–14 business days.
Please note: all refund requests go through manual review to ensure their legitimacy.

Is my data safe?

Can I stay logged in on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in with the same account on multiple devices, but we recommend avoiding frequent IP or device switching, as the system may detect it as abnormal behavior.
Why was my account restricted?
Accounts are usually restricted for security reasons, such as:
- Abnormal login behavior: frequent IP changes, logins from multiple locations, brute-force attempts, etc.;
- Abuse: frequent invalid requests, malicious number farming, an extremely low success rate (below 5%), etc.
